Bio: Riccardo Campinoti (Le Ragnaie) is the winemaker for this label, owned by Ronnie Sanders (Vine Street Importers). All the grapes come from organically farmed vineyards and are selected to showcase indigenous varietals with low intervention winemaking.
This Grillo is macerated on skins for 2-3 hours, pressed into stainless steel tanks and spends six months on lees before bottling.
