Vineyard Management: Organically farmed by Dwight Busalacchi and his wife. Ribolla was planted in 2015, so we're excited to see how these plantings evolve over time. 

Winemaking: Non-intervention, Spontaneous Fermentation, Unfined/Unfiltered

Vegan: Yes

Typicity: Typical for Ribolla Gialla, a grape that usually sees skin maceration in Slovenia and in Northern Italy's Friuli. 

Bio: Chris Miller’s foray into low intervention Californian wine has been really exciting to watch evolve.

His commitment to transparency and championing lesser known grapes and growing sites is a breath of fresh air in what sometimes feels like the same ole’ same-old from California. 

This Ribolla Gialla is macerated on skins, for just a bit, giving this white a boost in texture that we feel is how all Ribolla should be made. Big fans.
