Bio: Dolores began to vinify and bottle her own wines in 2013 after a long career of farming vines in the island's Northern Valle de la Orotava. She focuses on the primary grape of the region, Listán Negro. This bottling features fruit from 100 year old cordon trenzado (braided) vines.
