Bio: Sylvère Trichard, a former apprentice of Dominique Belluard in the Savoie, set his hands to the family land in Blacé. He farms his family estate organically, vines and vegetables. The Chardonnay for this bottling, from either Blacé or Le Perréon, is spontaneously fermented and bottled without fining. We will look back on these times fondly as they were the days we could afford this wine.
