Typicity: Typical for Furmint sec, even if only a handful exist.
Bio: Anthony Hwang drove north from Budapest with his family in 1997, and after tasting wines with István Szepsy, he bought what is now Királyudvar Winery. In 2003, when Anthony brokered the purchase of Domaine Huet he transposed Huet's viticultural practices to the estate with the conversion to Biodynamic practices.
The Sec is spontaneously fermented in 500L Hungarian oak vessel aged on lees for a few months to provide some body to the finish.
