The Soppressata Calabrese Salami hails from the Region of Calabria in Southern Italy. We select cuts of shoulder, ham and belly from anti-biotic free pork.
Our only ingredients are Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Wine, Garlic, our Roasted Blend of Peppers, sugar and a hint of fennel - Nothing else!
This salami flavor is well balanced and finishes with a slightly warm finish from the chili flakes & cayenne pepper which is easily calmed with a bite of bread or cheese or a sip of our favorite drink accompaniment.
