Bio: The Alessandria family first established their farm in the village of Verduno in 1870. It was in Verduno where the first Nebbiolo's were bottled and was for most the 20th century, Verduno was the face of Barolo. 

Alessandro Batista and his brother Vittore work in the cellar, while their father Gian Battista manages the vineyards. 

The fruit for this bottling is sourced from four parcels in Verduno: Pisapola, Campasso, Boscatto and Rocche dell'Olmo.
